Removal of Old Bathroom fixtures: That's removing the Tub, Tub Surround, Toilet, Vanity, Mirror, Everything that's in the room
New Jetted Bath-Tub: We install a 5ft jetted tub that will fit into space that you already have.
New Fixtures: Toilet, Vanity, Sink, Sink Faucet, Tub Faucet; All nice and new.
Tile: Tiled surround and floor.
Vent: We will put in the proper venting for the area.
Paint: Pick the color and we will get it on the walls.
What makes the price go up?
Larger Bathroom Area: The Starter Price is based on an average 10ft X 5ft bathroom area. If you have bathroom that is larger the price goes up to cover the cost of Tile and larger Vanities and Mirrors.
Lots of Repairs: If you floor is rotted out, or there is a lot of drywall damage there is a charge for the additional work. (but, Yes we do fix the floors and walls.)
Windows: If you want to replace the window, we can do that too.
Additions: Do you want to knock out that wall and make the bathroom larger? That will add to the price of the work, but you will have a very nice bathroom afterwards.
